Eric Rudnick never made it to film school, but he learned how to creatively collaborate while working on dozens of sets as a producer on TV shows like The Biggest Loser, Hell’s Kitchen, and Big Brother. He just wrapped his first movie as writer-director, the short film HOLD YOU SO TIGHT. The web series he created, THE EDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, premiered on the front page of Funny Or Die and was an official selection at the L.A. and Brooklyn Webfests. Eric has sold a TV drama pilot to TNT, and optioned another pilot, a comedy, to FOX. He has also written screenplays, and stage plays which have been produced in New York and Los Angeles. Eric got his start as an actor, appearing onstage in dramas and comedies, and studying at The Neighborhood Playhouse, The Atlantic Theater Company, and Playwrights Horizons. He’s also volunteered with the great get-kids-writing organizations Young Storytellers and 826LA.
