"Bolivia Insumisa" focuses on the events that occurred in Bolivia during November 2019. It is a cinematographic journey through the events surrounding the coup of November 2019, the resistance and Bolivia's fight for democracy and sheds light on the search of justice for the victims of repression and their families, as well as the significance of these events in the history of Bolivia.
The documentary includes: Exclusive interviews with former President Evo Morales Ayma, former Vice President Álvaro García Linera, current Vice President David Choquehuanca, Juan Ramón Quintana, and other important political leaders.

Denis Rogatyuk is a Russian-Australian journalist, born in Vladivostok. He has worked in the media industry for almost 10 years, covering a variety of topics, from politics to culture, from all over the world: from Barcelona to Berlin, from London to La Paz, from Mexico City to Madrid. His main focus has always been Latin America. For the last 4 years he has worked as international director of El Ciudadano, one of the largest independent media organizations in Chile. He has had the opportunity to sit down and interview many well-known political figures in the region, such as former presidents Rafael Correa, Evo Morales, Ernesto Samper, intellectuals such as Álvaro García Linera, David Choquehuanca, Enrique Dussell and many others. He was the correspondent of El Ciudadano in Bolivia between July 2019 and the beginning of the coup d'état in November 2019. Bolivia Insumisa is his first cinematographic work.
